Thanks for your feedback and support.

I attended the meeting and actually it was very interesting to learn 
about the organization and all other societies.I made the presentation 
about URSI,and the Executive Director of ICSU was there and 
he had mentioned earlier that URSI was in existence before ICSU. 

My presentation was rather short and I emphasized the help we have been getting
from HIA, you and NRC.

Guess what! I was rather surprised at the end when Dr. I Smith made 
his Concluding remarks. He thanked everybody, then to my surprise 
(and I am sure your's too) he cited URSI as an example of the CNC 
that every body should follow and learn from on how a CNC should do business, 
and he also cited URSI's achievements internationally and nationally 
like bringing conferences, students awards, excellent website ... 

Hamid Jorjani and other NRC Staff, including Pat Moritimer 
smiled and looked towards me (I felt shy!), but I actually believe them 
in the fact that we are ahead of many others ...

I thought you will find this interesting. I will make a full report 
to the members.
