Hi Jacques:

I would like to thank you for being an excellent secretary. 
The members should appreciate the secretary a great deal. 
He must juggle this with CTAC and other duties, and be expected 
to provide sage advice at the right moment. 

You have done all that, and it is appreciated. 
Thanks also for the heads up on the Cassiopeia article. 
You actually deserve most of the credit here.
